The second type consists of 6 two-story ranch units with an attached one-car garage. The second floor consists of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

The condominium common fees cover the cost of snow removal and landscaping maintenance, garbage disposal and recycling, insurance costs and the management and upkeep of the exterior property.
